I attempted to ask again and was told it doesn't matter what i want to complain about or who to, it goes through her and she's notĪllowing access to the pool. That's when I asked to speak to the manager and I was told she was the only person in charge. She said they too couldn't use the pool, but was told for a different reason, it was closed for a VIP party, but the party was for Tribal Employees and Family. At that time an older woman and her husband and 3 grandchildren said approached me and said they've been treated so poorly since they arrive the day before they were in line to checkout. and I replied I can't believe what you're telling me. So I said the other 2 in our group can't use the pool at all, and she replied that is correct! I was so upset and said this has to be a joke. what?!! Really?!! I gasped and asked why, the supervisor said due to insurance. It was then I asked where the pool is located (known for the lazy pool) and was told only 4 of us are able to use the pool. I asked where the children are supposed to sleep for the 3 days we are here and was told the carpets are new and they can provide additional blankets! Really?!! Due to the children being tired of riding in the car, we decided to check in and get through it until we figure something else out. When I asked for a rollaway bed for the kids I was told they didn't have any. Upon arrival, the front desk staff greeted us by saying 'next in line,' then advised me the 6 person (4 adults + 2 small children) room I reserved over the phone was not available even though I had a confirmation number. We drove for 12 hours from Monterey Ca to see our granddaughter for first birthday.
